La hoja informativa de Wemos sobre el GFF explica el funcionamiento general de este modelo de financiamiento de la salud que apoya a los pa\u00edses en salud y nutrici\u00f3n reproductiva, materna, neonatal, infantil y adolescente (RMNCAH + N). Tanzania fue uno de los cuatro pa\u00edses pioneros donde comenzaron las consultas de pa\u00edses GFF en 2015 y ahora se encuentra en su tercer a\u00f1o de implementaci\u00f3n desde mayo de 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Caso de inversi\u00f3n (IC): \u00abPlan estrat\u00e9gico de la hoja de ruta nacional para mejorar la salud reproductiva, materna, neonatal, infantil y adolescente en Tanzania (2016-2020)\u00bb, conocido como \u00abOne Plan II\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El CI est\u00e1 cofinanciado con financiamiento del Banco Mundial (AIF), el Fondo Fiduciario del GFF, ANIS y USAID, como se describe en el Documento de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Proyectos (PAD): \u00abPrograma de Fortalecimiento de la Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de Salud para Resultados\u00bb (PHC4R)<\/p>\n<p>Periodo del proyecto: Mayo 2015 \u2013 Junio 2020<\/p>\n<p>Objetivo: mejorar la calidad de los servicios de atenci\u00f3n primaria de salud en todo el pa\u00eds con un enfoque en los servicios de salud materna, neonatal e infantil<\/p>\n<p>Costo total del proyecto: USD 300 millones, de los cuales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AIF: 200 millones<\/li>\n<li>GFF: 40 millones<\/li>\n<li>Fondo Fiduciario de USAID: 40 millones<\/li>\n<li>ANIS (Fondo fiduciario de donantes m\u00faltiples Power for Nutrition): 20 millones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por lo tanto, la relaci\u00f3n entre el pr\u00e9stamo de la AIF y la donaci\u00f3n del Fondo Fiduciario del GFF es de 5:1.
