The study, implemented by E&K Consulting Firm, analyzed a cross-section of GFF participating countries in Latin America and Anglophone and Francophone Africa and identified trends in the health financing choices of the GFF, transparency and accountability imperatives in the GFF mechanism, challenges facing the facility and strategic areas that future work on the GFF should focus on.
